We collect personal information (name, email, mobile, date of birth, government ID and address proofs, photos, profile details) to provide matchmaking services, perform identity/verification checks, and operate the website. By registering you explicitly consent to Gathjoda storing and processing this information for account creation, verification and service delivery.
2. Use of Contact Information
We may use your phone number and email to send verification codes, account-related messages and service notices. If you share contact details with another user, how that user uses the information is outside Gathjoda's control. Gathjoda is not responsible for third-party use of contact information.
3. Liability & User Responsibility
- Gathjoda does not guarantee, endorse or take responsibility for any matches, introductions, relationships or outcomes that arise from interactions between users.
- All communications and conduct between users are solely the responsibility of those users. Gathjoda is not liable for any disputes, losses or damages arising from user interactions.
- Content on the site is not professional advice. Users must exercise their own judgment and verify independently where necessary.
4. Profile Information & Verification
Profile details including caste, community, occupation, family background and supporting documents are self-declared by users. Gathjoda does not certify, guarantee or take responsibility for Rajput caste verification or lineage claims. Verification badges, where provided, are limited to the scope described at the time of verification.
5. Payments & Refunds
Membership payments purchase access to digital services. Payments are non-refundable except in the limited case where a verified technical failure on Gathjoda's side (or our payment provider) prevents profile creation, activation, or completion of the purchased membership and the issue cannot be remedied. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the transaction to support@gathjoda.com and will be investigated. If validated, refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method where possible. Refunds do not cover change-of-mind, dissatisfaction with matches, or disputes between users.
6. Data Security & Retention
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, but no system is perfectly secure. We retain account and verification data as necessary to provide services, comply with legal obligations, or as described in our retention settings. You can request deletion or withdrawal of consent; certain data may be retained if required by law.
7. User Safety & Reporting
Be truthful in your profile; do not impersonate others or post illegal content. Do not share sensitive documents publicly. Report abuse or suspected fraud immediately to support@gathjoda.com or via the in-app report feature. Gathjoda may suspend or remove accounts that violate policies; serious incidents should be reported to local law enforcement.

By using this site and registering an account you acknowledge and agree to these terms and consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described above.
